A contact is a person that the automated system will call via the phone number that you enter into the spreadsheet during the setup process.
Go to the spreadsheet on the 'Contacts' page after you create a new campaign. Enter phone numbers into the spreadsheet.
If you have an existing spreadsheet with contacts and their phone numbers, you can upload it to the Voice2Phone Outboud Calling system on the 'Contacts' page. To do this, click on the 'Import' tab at the top of the page. The system accepts CSV files.
Click on the first row in the column that you would like to edit. A cursor will appear, and you will be able to delete and replace the existing name.
The column names are associated with tags that can be used in your text-to-speech message. These tags link spreadsheet information to your message to deliver unique data to each contact. For more information on this feature, refer to the fourth step in the setup process.
After you create your contact spreadsheet and click 'next', the system will show you a list of potential phone number columns. Select the column that has the phone numbers that you would like to use for your campaign.
