On the 'Message' page, select 'WAV file' from the 'Message Type' box. Once you select the this option, you will be able to upload your message as a WAV audio file.

Text-to-speech messages can be personalized through the use of tags and column names. This allows the automated system to address each contact by their name. This feature enables you to send personalized messages without needing to make specific edits for each contact.
