Exporting to CSV

Export contact information and statistics for a calling campaign by right-clicking the campaign of interest on the main window. Select the 'Export to .CSV' option that appears on the list.

Export to CSV

This will launch a new window where you can select a destination on your computer for the CSV file. Before you click 'OK' to create the file, choose the columns that you want to include. These are the column options:

Export Columns

  • Original phone number
  • Normalized phone number
  • Information
  • Status
  • Last call time
  • Total duration
  • Connection duration
  • Main message
